On Wednesday, April 9, former Lawson High School standout Lane Chapman’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Pittsburg State Gorillas.
The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their second matchup against the Gorillas this season.
The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 1 p.m. at UIS Baseball Field against UIS Prairie Stars.
