A Kansas City artist, Richard Heinze, was preparing for an art show when someone stole his trailer near the Plaza, his booth panels, and more than 100 pieces of art (landscape photographs). Heinze lost $18,000 in the theft.
We’re looking for this trailer, the get-away Jeep, and the suspect with the hair bun.
